NEARSITE EMERGENCY OPERATION FACILITY SALEM GENERATING STATION UNIT NOS. 1 AND 2 DOCKET NOS. 50-272 AND 50-311 Please refer to our letter of May 22, 1980 on this subject.

In view of recent conversations between our organizations, we have decided to delay the activation of our Quinton training facility as the nearsite *Emergency Operations Facility until the operi issues have beeri satisfactorily addressed.
