WITHDRAWAL OF REQUEST FOR AMENDMENT FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE DPR-75 SALEM GENERATING STATION UNIT NO. 2 DOCKET NO. 50-311 REF. LCR 80-06 We hereby withdraw our Request for Amendment to Facility Oper-ating License DPR-75 made on May 14,.1980 (our Ref. LCR 80-06).
This proposed change requested temporary relief from certain shift manning require~erits in th~ Safety Technical Specifications (Appendix A).
It is our understanding that, with the withdrawal of this request prior to formal processing by the NRC staff, the
$4,000 fee paid pursuant to 10CFR 170.22 will be returned.
