Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan Update In accordance with 10 CFR 70.32(c)(2)(ii), Louisiana Energy Services, LLC LES, dba URENCO USA (UUSA), herewith submits the subject update which incorporates changes made under its own approval authority.
Attached as ~nclosure 1 are the. marked up pages to the Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan revision 23. Revision bars, strikethroughs and underlines were utilized to show the changes. A description of each change is provided in the revision history.
Enclosures 1. contains security-related information and disclosure to unauthorized individuals coutd present security.vulnerabilities. Therefore, UUSA requests that these enclosures be Withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390.
