Dear Mr. Reid:
On February 1, 1980, the Sacramento Municipal Utility District requested continuation of an exemption from 10 CFR 50.46 until further improvements to the ECCS could be made. At that time the scheduled :delivery date for the DC motors used to replace the AC motors on the high pressure injection valve operators was March 31, 1980. There has been an unexpected improvement in schedule and these motors are now on site and ready to be installed. Therefore, the District wishes to withdraw its request for a continuation of an exemption from 10 CFR 50.46.
