- This.is in respon~e to*y~ur undated letter in which. you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, copies of the fo1lowing records: all radiological monitoring reports reflecting radiation levels at each level and depth recorded during the July, 1979 spent~fuel pool reracking of Peach Bottom Unit No. 2 or No. 3; and copies of the First and Second Quarter, 1979 reports on exposure of station personnel in excess of 3 rem/quarter limit for both units.
