Based on our review of submittal dated August 1, 1977 we have concluded that your claims that the grid voltage at your station does not degrade below 90% of normal voltage as the basis for not proposing any modrLfication to your undervoltage protection scheme, is not acceptable.
Hence, we require that you provide your proposed design modification and changes to the Technical Specifications based on the guidance contained in the staff positions submitted to you by our letter dated June 2, 1977.
