Light Water Reactors Branch 3 Division of Project Management ATWS PROCEDURES NO. 2 UNIT SALEM NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION DOCKET NO. 50-311 PSE&G hereby submits Emergency Instruction I-4.3, "Reactor Trip," in response to your letter of August 17, 1979, re-questing submittal of emergency procedures to address ATWS events.
This procedure provides instructions to the operat-ing staff to be followed in the event an automatic reactor trip does not occur when required.
