SALEM GENERATING STATION UNIT I DOCKET NO. 50-272
Dear Mr. Saltzman:
Our letter dated February 22, 1978 stated that Public Service Electric and Gas Company, for and on behalf of itself, Philadelphia Electric Company, Atlantic City Electric Company, and Delmarva Power and Light Company, co-owners of the above referenced licensed facility, intended to submit annual certi-fied financial statements and cash flow projections each March 15 to meet the guarantee requirements of the 1975 amend-ments to the Price Anderson Act (Public Law 74-197).
However, as the result of our phone donversation with you on Thursday, February 21, 1980, it was mutually agreed that the submission date for 1980 would be changed to April 15.
This delay is necessitated by the Company's desire to furnish a current cash flow projection for 1980 based upon a rate decision from the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities antici-pated about March 15.
This letter is submitted, at your request, to confirm the change in submission date for 1980 from March 15 to April 15.
Very truly yours,
