I completed a comparison of current vs. proposed technical specifications in support of GEHs request to reissue the NTR technical specifications as part of amendment 24. In addition to the identified changes in the submittal dated, August 15, 2017 (Agencywide Document and Management System (ADAMS) Accession no. ML17228A037 - GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy - Supplement 2 to Amendment 24 for the NTR Facility, License R-33, to Support Potential VNC Site Land Sale), I have identified 13 additional minor administrative changes that were not previously identified in GEHs submission. Additionally, although administrative changes, change bars will be used, unless otherwise noted. These previously unidentified changes are summarized below and referenced to the submitted version of the TS file ADAMS accession No. ML17228A037. I have also suggested one additional change that affects pagination for page 3-15 and 3-16 (eliminating page 3-16) that does not affect the Contents page and is not marked as a change.
To facilitate completing the amendment and reissuing the NTR technical specifications, I need you to review these administrative changes and annotate whether these changes were intentional. If they were intentional and are desired changes for the reissued technical specification, please reply to this email acknowledging, under oath and affirmation, those changes that are requested. I will be awaiting your reply to continue progress on the amendment.
