Letter from D. Del Vecchio to U.S. NRC Document Control Desk, DCS-NRC-000453, "Interim Report Notification: Robatel," dated 12 April 2017 CB&I AREVA MOX Services, LLC (MOX Services), submitted an interim report (Reference) regarding non-conformances identified at the Mixed Oxide Fuel Fabrication Facility. The non-conformances pertained to undersized vendor welds on the gloveboxes associated with the Pellet Repackaging (PAD) and Scrap Box Loading (PAR) units. Evaluation of the conditions identified in the interim report has been completed. These conditions have been determined to not be reportable in accordance with 10 CFR Part 21.
