Scenario 1, Event 2. This likely does not count as an instrument failure for the SRO. Just a TS.
Removed instrument failure from the bean count.
2 Scenario 1, Event 2. I would question whether the SRO MAY enter TS 3.8.1B.
I think TS 3.0.1 would mandate 3.8.1B ben entered.
Will replace this event with another failure and different tech spec call.
3 Scenario 2, event 10. This critical task is likely inadequate, since it (appears) to rely on an Aux building operator resetting the turbine driven pump. It would not be consistent between the crews. Could be salvageable if the control room fixes whatever problem happened.
After discussions with the Chief Examiner, the time between the aux operator being asked to reset the pump, and the time the applicants are told the pump is reset will be the same, independent of when they request the pump be reset.
4 Scenario 3, Event 2. This likely does not count as an instrument failure for the SRO. Just a TS.
