ORDER Public Service Electric and Gas Company~ Licensee in the above *proceeding, has moved the Board for an extension of time until August 31, 1979 to respond to a motion. by Intervenors Alfred C. and Eleanor G. Coleman to reopen consideration of Contentions 2 and 6, and to reconsider the Board's dismissal*
of Contention 13.
The Licensee states that one of its counsel is engaged in proceedings before another Atomic Safety and Licensing Board, and that another of its* co'CJ.'lsel i.s ill. Neither the Staff of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission nor the Colemans oppose the exten~ion.
