NRC IE BULLETIN NO.79-06A, REV. 1 NO. 1 AND 2 UNITS SALEM GENERATING STATION SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION As additiorial information as requested by Mr. William Ross (NRC Staff) to our July 13,.1979 letter on the above subject, we offer the following information:

In reference to Item 9:
the design changes to ensure the isolation of the RCDT line and the PRT line will be implemented prior to proceeding into Mode 4 oper-ation following our present refueling outage.

In reference to Item 11:
the Station Supervisory Letter, SL-9, "Notification of Federal and State Agencies" has been revised to include a description of the.events or conditions requiring NRC notifica-tion within one hour that the reactor is not in a controlled or expected condition of operation.
