50~272 On May 9, 1979, we submitted a request to amend certain portions of the Environment Technical Specfications (our reference LCR 77-12B) which consolidated othe~ retjue~ts made over a period of approxi-mately 18 months.
The request also introduced several new adminis-trative cha*nges and a request to increase the condenser delta t to 18.5°F from 16.5°F.
Mr. William Ross informed us on August 14, 1979 by telephOne that these newly requested changes would require sub-mittal of a Class III fee because they had been made after the ef-fective date of 10CFR 170.22 We, hereby, enclose a check for the amount of $4,0.00.00.
