AMENDMENT FEE REQUEST FOR EXTENSION CONSTRUCTION PERMIT NO. CPPR-53 NO. 2 UNIT SALEM NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION DOCKET NO. 50-311 Public Service Electric and Gas requested by letter dated March 30, 1979 that the completion date of May 1, l979 specified in Provisional Construction Permit No. CPPR-53, as extended in your order dated July 1, 1975, be further extended to August 1, 1979.
We are in receipt of your April 26, 1979 letter requesting determination of Amendment Fee class £or the subject ex-tension request.
Public Service Electric and Gas concurs with the staff's determination that Amendment Fee Class II is applicable iri that the subject request for extension is administrative in nature and has no safety or environmental significance.
In this regard, a check in the amount of $1200.00 is enclosed.
