Department of Energy Accredited Classified Networks ( dated December 2, 2013); Incoming Correspondence IN-13~00107-NRC Louisiana Energy Services (LES), dba URENCO USA (UUSA) submitted the Reference 1 correspondence requesting the general use of a medical device for a specific individual. As a result of discussions with the NRC and DOE, UUSA is replacing the previous submittal with more specific information on the devices needing approval.
UUSA herewith and in accordance with Reference 2, requests NRC review and concurrence with UUSA's use of a wireless device as specified in Enclosure 1. provides the background and basis for use of the wireless devices. contains Personal Identifiable Information and disclosure to the public would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy. UUSA requests that the enclosure be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(a)(6). affidavit supports this withholding request.
