'it reveals the distinguishing aspects of a process _including-test data developed by ~~estinghouse. Release of this information to the public would jeopardize the *competitive status of v!estinghouse by,making available to competitors commercial_ ir1formation held in confideni::e. Competitors
~*muld be able to market or use the 'information without a similar expenditure of resources, thereby pl acing ~Jestinghousc at a *disadvantage corruriercia1ly.
It would also diminish the ~festinghouse ability to. sell_ products and serviCes involving the use of this information; lhis informatiOn is of the, same technical type which was submitted by affidavit A~J-77-27 on another docket and was approved by the Commission as proprietary on June 14,.* 1978.
A non-proprietary version of this report was submitted and has been placed in the Commission's Puolic Document-Room.
~!e have reviewed your application and material based on the requirem*ents and criteria of 10 CFR 2. 790 and have determined that the above-mentiOn-ed report sought to be withheld contains trade secrets or conf'idetitial or propri etar,;1 commerci a 1 information.
l4e also have found at this time that the right of the public to be fully apprised as to the bases for and effects of the proposed action does not out~1eigh the demonstrated concern for protection of you*r competitive position.
Accordingly, \\1ie have determined that the informatfon should be withheld from pub1ic disclosure.
