\\) ~\\(J ~~~* LUf' DOCKET 50-272 FIRE PROTECTION EVALUATION COMPARISON TO BTP 9.5 APPENDIX A This letter is to inform you that we are unable to meet the commitment made in our September 14, 1977 letter to complete the 25 action items to comply with the Branch Technical Posi-tion 9.5-1, Appendix A.
The following is a status of the 25 action items:
1,2,3,4,5,6,13,14,15,17,20,21,24 Completed 11,12,16,18,23,25 7
8 9,10,19 22 To be completed during the refueling outage.
A unit outage is required to do the work.
A completion date cannot be given due to a strike at a vendor's plant.
Deleted -
The Dimethylamine storage tanks have been removed.
Will be completed before April 1.
Halon extinguishers are now commercially available and have been ordered.
No delivery date has been given.
Every effort will be made to complete these action items as soon as possible.
