By letter dated February 13, 2018 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML18044A156), GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy - Americas (GEH) submitted Response to Request for Additional Information Regarding Review of Satisfaction of Limitation 10.7 for NEDE-33005P, Revision 0, Licensing Topical Report TRACG Application for Emergency Core Cooling Systems / Loss-of-Coolant-Accident Analyses for BWR/2-6, to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff for review. Enclosed for GEH review and comment is a copy of the NRC staffs draft safety evaluation (SE) for the review of Satisfaction of Limitation 10.7.

We are providing you with the opportunity to comment on any proprietary aspects. If you believe that any information in the enclosure is proprietary, please identify such information line-by-line and define the basis pursuant to the criteria of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations 2.390. Twenty working days are provided for you to comment on the proprietary aspects and any factual errors or clarity concerns contained in the draft SE. The final SE will be issued after making any necessary changes and, if any proprietary information is identified, a non-proprietary version will be made publicly available. The NRC staffs disposition of your comments on the draft SE will be discussed in the final SE.
