TN Americas LLC (TN) has identified that in the Revision 1 Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (UFSAR) files transmitted with the referenced submittal two J
versions of Chapter 12 were inadvertently included. Please replace the following files listed in the Document Components list of the referenced transmittal from January 31, 2018:
008 SUNSI Encl 2 UFSAR R1 Ch 5 to 14.pdf 014 PUBLIC Encl 3 UFSAR R1 Ch 5 to 14.pdf As discussed with our NRG EOS Project Manager, Yen-Ju Chen, on February 21, 2018, TN discovered that the SUNSI and Public UFSAR files containing Chapters 5 to 14 inadvertently included two versions of Chapter 12. Please replace the two files in the referenced UFSAR Revision 1 transmittal with the respective files provided in Enclosures 2 and 3. Since these are replacement files from the original UFSAR Revision 1 enclosures, no enclosure cover pages are included in this submittal. However, the replacement fifes are denoted in the enclosure list herein and in the Document Components listing herein as Enclosures 2 and 3 and Encl 2 and 3, respectively.
This submittal includes proprietary information, which may not be used for any purpose other than NRG staff use of the UFSAR. In accordance with 1 O CFR 2.390, I *am providing an affidavit (Enclosure 1) specifically requesting that you withhold this proprietary information from public disclosure.
