We refer to our committee as the Radiation Management Committee, so if you'd prefer we can drop the /Radiation Control Committee.
As for the addresses, that is an excellent point. I was caught up in changing our Command mailing address and didn't take into account our storage and use area addresses. Would you prefer I redraft the letter or will you accept an e-mail to change the storage and use area addresses? Note that the physical locations or building numbers of the storage and use areas have not changed, just the mailing addresses used by the post office.

[Non-DoD Source] NRC License Amendment Mr. Goodison, In amending your licenses, I am supposed to change the Radiation Safety Committee to the name you describe.
Thus I have:
Licensed material shall only be used by, or under the supervision of, individuals designated, in writing, by the licensee's Radiation Management Committee/Radiation Control Committee. The licensee shall maintain records of individuals designated as users for 3 years after the individual's last use of licensed material.
Is this the correct name or should I be just stating one committee or the other?
Also with the Address changing in Aberdeen Proving Ground South, does any of the location of use change on your three licenses?
