- 14. DESCRIPTION OF AMENDMENT/MODIFICATION (Organized by UCF section headings, including solicitation/contract subject matter where feasible.)
The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding in the amount of
$50,000, thereby increasing the obligated amount from $15,000 to $65,000.00. Therefore Section B.2 is revised accordingly.
B.2 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION-TIME-AND-MATERIALS CONTRACT (a) The ceiling price to the Government for full performance under this contract is
$110,500.00.
(b) The contract includes: (1) direct labor hours at specified fixed hourly rates, inclusive of wages, fringe, overhead, general and administrative expenses, and profit, totaling ; and (2) cost of travel totaling NTE .
