On behalf of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), I am responding to your February 26, 2018, request, in which you appealed the agency's denial to your request for expedited processing of your February 23, 2018, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, NRC-2018-000413, which sought a copy of the Agency Reform Plan submitted to the Office of Management and Budget ("OMB") in approximately September 2017 in accordance with 0MB Memorandum M-17-22 ("Comprehensive Plan for Reforming the Federal Government and Reducing the Federal Civilian Workforce").
Acting on your appeal, I have considered the matter and, based on the justification you have provided for expedited processing, I have granted your appeal. Your request will be placed ahead of the others in the cue, but in line with those that have also been granted expedited processing.
