Licensing ANNUAL REPORT OF CHANGES IN ECCS MODELS PER 10 CFR 50.46 Palisades is required to submit an annual report of changes in Emergency Core Cooling System (ECCS) Models in accordance with 10 CFR 50.46(a)(3)(ii). The attachment to this letter transmits that report. The information on the Small Break Loss of Coolant Accident (SBLOCA) and the Large Break Loss of Coolant Accident (LBLOCA) evaluation models are both included. This report covers the periodfrom May 1997 to May 1998.
