This revision is submitted on a replacement page basis with revised information annotated by a vertical line and "Rev 20" in the page margins. Each FSAR section which contains a Revision 20 change is provided in its entirety to maintain format consistency.
Changes in Revision 20, other than editorial corrections or clarifications, have been made either under the provisions of 1 OCFR50.59 or in conformance with Safety Evaluation Reports issued by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
To the best of my knowledge, this revision accurately incorporates all changes made to the Palisades Plant or to the Palisades Plant procedures described in the FSAR, and other applicable information included in licensing submittals, after the revision cutoff date for Revision 19 and prior to the revision cutoff date for Revision 20.
