PUBLIC MEETING AT THE PALISADES NUCLEAR POWER PLANT
Dear Mr. Palmisano:
This letter confirms the discussion between you and Mr. Bruce Burgess of the NRC to have an exit meeting on Wednesday, November 19, 1997, at.10:00 a.m. (EST) at the Training Building near the Palisades Nuclear Power Plant.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the results ol an inspection performed to determine the circumstances surrounding the tagging out of all control rods while at 80 percent power that occurred on October 17, 1997. This meeting is open to the public.
We will gladly discuss any questions you may have concerning this matter.
