We have received the enclosed Federal Emergency M*anagement Agency (FEMA) correspondence dated February 21, 1997 transmitting 'the FEMA evaluation report for the
,February 5, 1997 remedial exercise at the Palisades Nuclear Power *Plant. The purpose of
- the remedial exercise was to clear a FEMA Deficiency assessed Van, Buren. County during the October 22, 1996 biennial exercise.
. : The above Deficieri¢y was deared*, but several Areas Requiring Corrective Action (ARCAs) continue to.be tracked for corrective action.. FEMA Region V.will monitor the status of:
