PeopleSoft HRMS Enterprise Architect (Functional Consultant II): Contractor shall provide a mid to senior-level PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM Architect with five plus years of Time and Labor module consulting experience. This consultant must possess excellent technical, analytical and leadership skills, with experienced in PeopleTools, PeopleCode and other related technical skills. This person shall be experienced in IT system architecture, and supporting system and customer requirements. This is a full time position. This person shall oversee and take a lead role in the daily operation and maintenance of the HCM/HRMS system.
Operating across organizations and stakeholders, this person shall oversee all HRMS development work during upgrade and other special tasks; provide direction to contractor staff performing the work; identify discrepancies and vulnerabilities to support an architecture that delivers a secure environment; and document IT strategies to show how current and future needs will be met.
