FSARCHANGE On December 6, 1995, Consumers Power Company submitted a Technical Specifications (TS) change request to delete the Crane Operations and Heavy Load requirements from TS. That change request stated that the existing TS Section 3.21 requirements would be moved to the FSAR, to the Operating Requirements Manual, or to other documents controlled under 10 CFR 50.59. The staff has recently asked that the subject requirements be relocated to the FSAR to assure that future changes are subject to the restrictions of 10 CFR 50.59.
This letter provides a commitment to add the crane and heavy load requirements, which are currently on Palisades Technical Specification 3.21, to the FSAR prior to implementation of the Technical Specification change request submitted on December 6, 1995.
