The purpose of this letter is to provide to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC)

Certification of the disposition of licensed material.

In Reference 1 Westinghouse submitted to the NRC the Application for Termination of License No. SNM-00033. In accordance with l O CFR 70.38U)(l) as a final step in decommissioning and in support of the application for license termination in Attachment 1, Westinghouse submits NRC Form 314, Certification of Disposition of Materials.

All licensed material has been dispositioned in accordance with the Hematite Decommissioning Project NRC approved Decommissioning Plan and associated documents.

In Reference 2 Westinghouse submitted to the NRC the Final Status Survey Final Rep01i Summary which concluded that any remaining residual radioactivity at the site is within the limits of l O CFR 20, Subpari E.
