Haskell Director, Licensing NOTIFICATION UNDER 10 CFR 50.74 OF TERMINATION OF OPERATOR LICENSE This is to notify you that Thomas Sikkema, License Number OP-30792-1,Docket Number 55-31681 has been permanently reassigned from the position for which Consumers Energy has certified the need for a licensed operator under 10 CFR 55.31 (a)(3). The license holder will no longer require an NRC license in his new position. This notification is being made in accordance with 10 CFR 50.74(a).

In accordance with 10 CFR 50.74, NRC notification is required to be made within 30 days of the permanent reassignment. The license holder was reassigned on August 23, 1998.
