Licensing August?, 1998 U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission ATIN: Document Control Desk Washington, DC 20555 DOCKET 50-255 - LICENSE DPR PALISADES PLANT REVISION OF DISTRIBUTION LIST In response to a recent NRC request to reduce paperwork associated with regulatory correspondence, we have recently reviewed the distribution list used by NRC to issue copies of Docket 50-255 (Palisades) correspondence. (This distribution list is referred to as the "Service List" by NRC.) We have concluded that changes to the distribution list should be made to update the list, and to reduce the number of recipients identified.
The specific changes that should be made are as follows:
- 1. Judd L. Bacon, Esquire should be removed from the distribution list and replaced by Arunas T. Udrys, Esquire (of the same address) as the attorney of record for Palisades.
- 2. Mr. Thomas A. McNish, Consumers Energy Company, should be removed from the distribution list.
- 3. Both M. I. Miller, Esquire and Gerald Charnoff, Esquire should be removed from the distribution list.
