Haskell Director, Licensing DOCKET 50-255 - LICENSE DPR PALISADES PLANT VOLUNTARY RESPONSE TO ADMINISTRATIVE LETTER 98-03, "OPERATING REACTOR LICENSING ACTION ESTIMATES" NRG Administrative Letter 98-03 entitled, "Operating Reactor Licensing Action Estimates," requested that licensees provide, on a voluntary basis, simple numerical estimates of the licensing actions expected to be submitted during the remainder of Fiscal Year (FY) 1998 and in FY 1999. In addition, licensees were requested to identify, by brief title, those licensing actions which would be expected to generate complex reviews.
In response to this request, Consumers Energy estimates the number of new requests to be submitted for the Palisades Nuclear Generating Plant to be as follows:
