Consumers Energy Company submitted the report for Palisades' 25-year containment integrity surveillance on December 18, 1997, in accordance with Palisades' Technical Specification 6.6.8. Within that report, a commitment was made to submit a post-surveillance regression analysis by February 27, 1998. This letter provides that analysis in the Enclosure.
