Bordine Manager. Licensing In our letter dated August 22, 1996, we transmitted the scenario for the October 22, 1996, emergency exercise to the NRC Chief, Radiological Program Section II, Region Ill. In that letter, we noted that in order to maintain scenario confidentiality from the emergency exercise participants, the final scenario used in the exercise would be docketed after completion of the exercise.
Enclosed is the final scenario used in the October 22, 1996 emergency exercise for the Palisades Plant.
