This letter confirms the discussion between Mr; E. W. Cobey of this office and Mr. R. W. Smedley of your staff to have a closed Enforcement Conference on June 21, 1996 at 10:00 a.m., in the Region III Office, Lisle, Illinois.
The subject of the conference is fai.lure to provide an operable alternative or dedicated shutdown capability where systems r~quired for hot shutdown were not protected, and, failure to promptly identify and take effective corrective actions for several significant fire protection conditions adverse to quality.
We will gladly discuss any questions you may have concerning this matter.
