dated January 9, 1996, requested a voluntary submittal of NRC Form 536 for operator

• licensing examination data. Attachment 1 to this letter is the requested NRC Form 536 for Palisades.

In addition to requesting voluntary submittal of the form, Administrative Letter 96-01 requests we provide the date of the next scheduled NRC inspection of licensed operator requalification examinations. The date of the NRC inspection is currently scheduled for the week of April 29, 1996.
