changes to Section 4 of the Palisades Plant Emergency Plan. James E Foster of NRC Region Ill wanted to know the status of the State of Michigan approval and the training of local and state officials on these changes. Following are the responses to those requests:

The State of Michigan has no objections with the changes to the Emergency Action Levels (EALs) as documented in the attached letter in Attachment A

2.

Local and state officials were trained on changes to the Palisades Emergency Action Levels on December 5, 1995. The agenda is attached in Attachment B.
