Consumers Power Company hereby withdraws* our letter dated February 10, 1995 entitled "Request for Relief From Appendix J Pressure Testing on the Escape Air Lock".

The Request for Relief was determined to be the incorrect format to resolve this issue. A Request for Exemption - 1 OCFR50, Appendix J, Pressure Testing on the Emergency Escape Airlock Doors and a Technical Specifications Change Request - Local Leak Rate Testing of the Emergency Escape Airlock was submitted on January 10, 1996. The January 10, 1996 submittal supersedes the previous request.
