_By letters dated July 1 and July 7, 1993, Consumers Power Company requested
- relief from certain provisi_ons of Section XI of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code.
Relief was requested to permit temporary non-code repairs to two leaking sections'of servtce water system piping during the 19~3 refueling outage.
In a letter dated August 2, 1993 the NRC granted the requested relief and stipulated that the non-code repairs be replaced with permanent, code-acceptable. repairs no later than the end of the next refueling outage.
The purpose of this lett~r ts to inform you that the non-code repairs to _the service water system were removed and replaced with code-acceptable'repairs during the 1995 ~efueling outage which ended on August 21, 1995.
