NRC PREDECISIONAL ENFORCEMENT CONFERENCE REPORT NO. 50-255/95012
Dear Mr. Palmisano:
This refers to a predecisional Enforcement Conference conducted by Mr. Hubert
J. Miller, Regional Administrator, and other members of the Region III staff
on September 7, 1995.
The subject of this conference was the events at your
Palisades Nuclear Generating Plant regarding the failure to (1) use an
updated, controlled wiring list as a design input for Facility Change "(FC) No.
88&; (2) perform an appropriate post-modification test for FC-888; and (3)
demonstrate the operability of the reactor protection system (RPS) containment
high pressure trip function in accordance with Technical Specification 3.17.1
from April 1992 to May 1995.
This conference was closed to the public.
