PALISADES CONFORMANCE TO REGULATORY GUIDE 1.97 (TAC. NO M91113)
Dear Mr. Haas:
By letters dated October 31, 1994, and March 2, 1995, the Consumers Power Company (CPCo) documented a deviation from the seismic qualification requirements of Regulatory Guide 1.97 for the condensate storage tank (CST) water level monitoring instrumentation which CPCo identified subsequent to our October 20, 1987, Safety Evaluation Report.
Your submittals included information that justifies the deviation._ We reviewed this justification and found it acceptable.
Our safety evaluation is enclosed. This completes our action on TAC No. M91113.
