Haas Plant Safety and Licensing Director 10 CFR 50.61, PRESSURIZED THERMAL SHOCK - REVISED INFORMATION This submittal responds to a recent NRC verbal request to delete the proprietary designation of the information contained in Table 2-14 of the May 1992 Consumers Powet Company report "Projected RTprs for the Palisades ~eactor Vessel Beltline Materials." That report was submitted by our June 5, 1992 letter. In that letter, we requested that the information in Table 2-14 be treated as proprietary to Combustion Engineering, Inc.

ABB Combustion Engineering Nuclear Operation (ABB CENO}, by letter P-PENG-95-017 (Attachment 1), has released Consumers Power Company (CPCo) to withdraw the Combustion Engineering proprietary designation of Table 2-14.

Consumers Power Company hereby withdraws the Combustion Engineering proprietary designation contained in Table 2-14 and submits Table 2-14 in a non-proprietary format (Attachment 2).

SUMMARY

OF COMMITMENTS This letter contains no new commitments and no changes to existing commitments.
