Haas Plant Safety and Licensing Director DOCKET 50-255 - LICENSE DPR PALISADES PLANT - TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS CHANGE REQUEST - IODINE REMOVAL SYSTEM - CORRECTED CONTAINMENT FLOOD VOLUME It has come to our attention that the containment flood volumes provided in our Iodine Removal System Technical Specifications change request (TSCR) of December 29, 1994 are incorrect.
In the central paragraph of page 3 of the TSCR, an incorrect flood volume of 56,297 ft 3 was given in two places.
The derived quantity for the flood volume without addition of NaOH of 56,230 ft 3 was also incorrect.
The correct volumes are 55, 238 ft 3 and 55,171 ft 3 respectively.
The other quantities contained in the TSCR have been verified to be correct.
We regret any inconvenience this error may have caused.
The changes in this letter do not alter the conclusions of the No Significant Hazards Analysis contained in our December 29, 1994 letter on this subject. A copy of this letter has been sent to the State of Michigan.
SUMMARY
