Haas Plant Safety and Licensing Director PAYMENT OF CIVIL PENALTY REGARDING THE INABILITY OF EMERGENCY DIESEL GENERATORS TO SUPPLY THE MAXIMUM DESIGN BASIS ACCIDENT ELECTRICAL LOADS By letter dated December 13, 1994, the NRC transmitted a Notice of Violation (NRC Inspection Report 50-255/94017(DRP)) and Proposed Imposition of Civil Penalty regarding the inability of emergency diesel generators to supply the maximum design basis accident electrical loads.
Pursuant to the letter, a check payable to the Treasurer of the United States in the amount of $25,000 is attached. A reply to...the Notice of Violation will be submitted by January 12, 1995.
