Martin, . Regional Administrator, and*other members of the Region III staff on November l, 1994. The subject of this conference was the e~ents at your Palisades Nuclear Plant regarding inoperable diesel generators due to the inability to supply maximum analyzed electrical power demand during a : * postulated design basis accident. We have enclosed a report summarizing the discussion. You will be notified by separate correspondence of our decision regarding the * Enforcement Action based on the information presented and discussed at the Enforcemeht Conferenc~.
