Our letters dated February 11, 1994 and March 14, 1994 relayed who the new company president was, as well as the new Senior Vice President of Nuclear, Rates, and Marketing, and the new Vice President of Nuclear Operations.
Since then the following additional changes have been made at the Palisades plant.
Thomas J Palmisano replaced Gerald B Slade as Palisades Plant General Manager.
Mr Palmisano was previously Manager of the Operations and Scheduling Department and Acting Plant Manager.
Kenneth P Powers replaced Richard D Orosz as Manager, Nuclear Engineering and Construction Organization (NECO).
Mr Powers was previously Site Vice President at TVA's Sequoyah plant. A more recent organization change merged System Engineering into NECO.
Kurt M Haas replaced David W Rogers as the Plant Safety and Licensing Director reporting to the Vice President of Nuclear Operations.
Previously the Director of Licensing reported to the Plant Manager.
Mr Haas was previously
. Radiological Services Manager.
David W Rogers replaced Jack L Hanson as Operations Manager.
Mr Rogers wa~
previously the Plant Safety and Licensing Director.
Richard D Orosz is now the Nuclear Services Department Manager reporting directly to the Vice ~resident Nuclear Operations.

2 Richard N Swanson replaced Robert M Rice as Nuclear Performance Assessment Department Director.
Mr Swanson was previously at the Public Service Electric and Gas Company as General Manager of Quality Assurance/Nuclear Safety Review.
Steve T Wawro replaced Thomas J Palmisano as Plant Planning Manager.
Mr Wawro was previously Operations Support Superintendent and Acting Operations Manager.
To reflect these changes, we request both NRC Headquarters and Region III mailing lists be revised as follows:
