Dear Mr. Palmisano:
This letter confirms the dis~ussion between Mr. M. Parker of this office and
Mr. K. Haas of your staff to have a routine management meeting at 1 p.m. on
November 1, 1994, at the Region .III Office in Lisle, Illinois.
The meeting is an Enforcement Conference to d*iscuss the apparent violations
pertaining to the abili_ty of the Emergency Diesel Generators to fully carry
design basis accident loads.
At the Enforcement Conference you should be
prepared to address the i~sues identified in Inspection Report
N~~ber 50-255/94017.
