Dear Ms. Bailey:
The purpose of this letter is to submit to the U.S.. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) the monthly Security-related Logs for American Centrifuge Operating, LLC (ACO) and Centrus Energy Corp. headquarters (HQ).
Background
In accordance with 10 Code of Federal Regulations (CPR) 95.57(b), facilities with an NRC-approved security program are required to notify the NRC of the monthly Security Incident Log entries made at the facility.
Information transmitted herewith contains Security-Related Information-Withhold Under 10 CFR 2.390 When separated from Enclosure 1, this letter is uncontrolled.
