Dear Dr. Sinclair:
I am responding to your telephone request of July 28, 1994, where you requested certain materials be provided to you regarding the on-going staff review of allegation's and concerns relating to the independent spent fuel storage installation (ISFSI) at the Palisades Nuclear Plant.
This request was made in discussions with my secretary and the Project Manager for Palisades, Dr. Anthony Hsia.

Letter from P. D. Everly (Sierra Nuclear Corporati~n) to R. Baer (NRC) dated June 7, 1994, which i"nforms the NRC that Metalfab_, Inc. plans to perform an internal quality assurance audit.
